You are responsible for your account activity and must not upload illegal or unauthorized personal data.
Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in subscription management, and access remains until period end.
Refund requests, duplicate charges, and payment disputes are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activities.
If you breach these Terms, put other users or the platform at risk, or we must act to comply with law, we may issue a warning, restrict features, remove unlawful content, suspend access, or terminate your account and service. Where reasonably practical, we will explain the reason unless urgent security, fraud, or legal requirements prevent notice. You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling Pro renewal does not affect access during a period already paid for.
We aim for accurate extraction and analysis but do not guarantee error-free output. The utility provider’s official bill is authoritative.
